Ausen is committed to maintaining high-quality operations and complying with the international quality management standard ISO 9001-2015.
Since 2012, Ausen has been certified by UL, and all standard refrigerants meet the UL207 heat exchanger pressure standard. This includes quarterly visits by UL representatives to ensure compliance with this standard at all times.
Since 2017, Ausen has passed CE certification and complies with EN 442-1:2014 standard.
Complies with the requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC (MD) and the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU (PED).
test facility
To support our commitment to guarantee long life and high reliability of all our products, every Ausen coil is either helium tested or bubble leak tested.
The helium leak test is carried out according to international standards and the test rig is calibrated to test tiny leaks at an internal pressure of 42 bar, equivalent to a refrigerant leak rate of 1 gram per year.
The helium test procedure is:
• Based on temperature-stabilized vacuum technology
• Ability to spot small leaks that cannot be detected by other testing processes
• High accuracy
